Can Brokeree Social Trading be used by White label brokers?
Absolutely yes. Our Social Trading has two versions: manager API and plugin. Manager API version does not require installation on the server; therefore, it can be easily used by white label brokers.
How do you attract new clients by using Social Trading?
This product does not help you generate any new traffic; however, it may help convert website visitors into clients. Social Trading comes with the Ratings Module in the form of a widget that you may customize as per your need. It can showcase successful providers and may be integrated with your website. It is a great tool to attract new coming traders who have no previous experience in trading.
Where is a performance located before it’s paid out?
The commission is held on the followers’ accounts. When and how it’s paid is decided by the provider. It may be paid per trade basis, meaning “the trade is closed – profit is received – performance fees paid out” or per day, month, or even year.
For cases when the period is long, for example, a year, and a follower doesn’t have enough money on account, brokers may set up an automatic payment based on the balance.
How long does the installation of Social Trading take?
It’s up to a broker to decide. We give two options: brokers can choose to proceed with the installation with their resources or seek assistance from our technical support team. If the broker decides to do the installation on his or her own, we provide all the necessary information to install the product. If a broker wants our technical support team to install, we ask for the credentials before starting the installation, which takes about two to three hours. When it’s finished – the Social Trading platform is ready for use.
What customization is possible on the Social Trading solution?
We can assist with some basic customization such as changing of URL. If you would like some extensive customization, we provide a REST API that your web designers can use to build a new frontend and integrate it with different CRMs.
