User Editor for MetaTrader 4 is an addition to Elite Automation Package, which also includes Symbol Editor.
These tools are useful while updating settings on multiple accounts/symbols, as doing the same from the MetaTrader 4 interface can be a tedious and time-consuming process. The settings for users and symbols are exported as a CSV file, following which the spreadsheet program allows brokers to easily modify large sets of data. Once the information is updated, it can be uploaded back on the platform. If there is a back-up server with the same users and symbols, then tools can be used to transfer settings from one server to another. Both solutions can connect to the platform remotely and need not be installed on the same server as MetaTrader 4.
User Editor provides easy access to bulk editing, leverage, tax rate, group, and status among other account settings. The tool can be used by MetaTrader 4 white-label brokers.
Symbol Editor allows brokers to update type of execution, filtration levels, spread, swap types, and other settings.
