Working hours

During the holiday season, our technical support team will be available 24 hours on weekdays, except on the following dates:

• 26 December from 04:00 to 21:00 GMT+2;
• 31 December until 08:00 – 15:00 GMT +2;
• 01 January – 11:00 – 20:00 GMT +2;
• 02 January – 08:00 – 20:00 GMT +2;
• 03 January – 08:00 – 20:00 GMT +2.

On the weekends, the technical support team will work according to the following schedule:

• Saturdays – 4:00 – 21:00 GMT +2;
• Sundays – 4:00 – 01:00 GMT +2.

The support team will be available for urgent cases via an emergency phone number.

The 2022 year in review

New products

Brokeree Solutions released, in 2022, a key product, the new cross-server Social Trading, for intra-brokerages.  The solution allows traders from different servers to interact with each other without any limitations. In practice, this functionality means that brokers can let their clients share and copy trading signals without technical limitations by connecting all traders to a single investment pool, irrespective of the registration server.
